Say Hello

We'd love to hear from you

We are a small, local team and we genuinely welcome every message we receive — whether you are an isolated resident wondering if our programme could help, a professional wanting to discuss a referral, a volunteer ready to sign up, or a funder or partner interested in our work.

You can reach us by email or phone, and we aim to respond to every enquiry within two working days. Nothing is too small to ask about.

Professionals making a referral

GPs, community nurses, social workers, and link workers are very welcome to contact us about referrals. With the person's consent, please use the form or email us directly and we will respond within five working days.

Need support for yourself?

Self-referrals are always welcome. If you feel isolated and think our befriending walks programme might help, please do reach out — you don't need a professional to refer you.

Where We Walk

Rooted in Dumbarton

Our walks take place all across the town — along the River Clyde path, through Levengrove Park, around Dumbarton Castle and the Rock, and through the neighbourhoods of Brucehill, Bellsmyre, and Silverton. We go where the people are.
